The air distributing unit comprises a channel (104) fitted to the vertical corners of the cold storage room or contains to carry cool air generated by a compressor. Part of the cool air is dispersed through several openings (104') in the channel, with the remanning cool air carried forwards. A horizontal second air channel (107) connected to the first, is fitted to one of the cold store side walls. A third channel (109) is fitted on the wall of the cold store door, and also provided with several air dispersal openings (109'). A soft or elastic tube transfers the cool air between the second channel in the cold store side wall and the third channel in the cold store door.
