PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize condensed extract of reaped and discarded tea leaves, which are abundant and which are said to have nearly 30% content of catechins, as raw materials, because catechins extracted by heat-treating tea leaves, though it is preferable to utilize catechins extracted by heat-treating tea leaves, are likely to be oxidized in contact with air or adversely affected by light or heat, and therefore, there is difficulty in processing and to provide a method for deodorization.SOLUTION: (1) Roasted tea can be produced by roasting tea leaves which can be roasted. By further roasting the roasted tea, an organic substance is produced on the way from the roasted tea till the carbonization. The produced substance is called roasted tea, which can be utilized. (2) The roasted tea has such a characteristic that the deodorization effect is enhanced by heating the roasted tea, and the characteristic can be utilized. The same deodorization effect can be obtained by heating tea leaves for deodorization with the tea leaves, but it is necessary to pass through a range or region of the roasted tea to achieve the result. The same result can not be achieved without passing through the same route as roasting by heating. Particularly, tea and garlic are natural products inherited from old times, and useful crops for the humankind. Either product has a high medication effect, and particularly, the condensed extract from roasted tea is as high effect as garlic. From the view-point of preventive medicine, the condensed extract of roasted tea is useful for peoples health maintenance.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 茶葉を熱処理してカテキン類を抽出し利用するのがよいのですが、抽出したカテキンは空気に触れると酸化したり光や熱を嫌う性質があり、加工上難点が伴います。一説にカテキンの含有量が30%近くもあるという記事を拝見したが、刈り捨てられる茶葉が原料として豊富にあるのでこれを利用するのが得策と考えています。この発明は、濃縮したエキスを利用することと消臭を目的とする方法です。茶葉で消臭を目的として熱を加え作用しても効果は同じですが、必ず焙煎茶の範囲、領域内を通過しないと結果が得られません。熱を加え焙煎と同じ道筋を経過しないと成果が得られないということです。特にお茶とニンニクは古くから受け継がれてきた天然の産物で、人類には有用な作物です。ともに薬餌効果が高く、特に焙煎茶濃縮エキスはニンニクに優るとも劣らぬ効果が期待されます。予
