The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of dried pollack particles, comprising the steps of: cutting dried pollack with the length of 10-20 cm, in which the dried pollack has enriched protein and calcium, a little cholesterol and a lot of essential amino acids, into thin shredded dried pollack having the weight of 5-10 g and making the thin shredded dried pollack into dried pollack particles having the length of 5-20 mm, the thickness of 0.5-2 mm, and the moisture content of 1-5% by using a machine for manufacturing dried pollack particles.
