The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for preparing granular amino acid feeds and fertilizers by using blood of slaughtered animals. The method includes: a fermentation step of stirring the collected blood of slaughtered animals, adding a fermentation agent therein, and heating the mixture to ferment proteins therein to prepare an amino acid； a steaming step of stirring the blood, directly spraying high-temperature steam to the blood to steam the amino acid included therein to prepare irregularly shaped chunks having multiple pores； a dewatering step of separating the remaining moisture from the steamed irregularly shaped chunks of the amino acid； a shaping step of pressing and shaping the dewatered irregularly shaped chunks in a granular or pellet form； and a drying step of emitting microwaves to the shaped and granular amino acid to dry the amino acid. The present invention can use the blood of slaughtered animals, which is conventionally discarded, to mass-produce high concentration granular amino acid substances in the granular or pellet form and enable the substances to be used as high-quality feeds and fertilizers.본 발명은 도축혈액을 이용한 입상아미노산 사료 및 비료 제조 장치 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 수거된 도축혈액을 담아 교반하며 발효제를 첨가한 후 가열하여 상기 도축혈액 내의 포함된 단백질을 발효시켜 아미노산으로 전환시주는 발효 단계； 상기 발효 도축혈액을 교반시키며 상기 발효된 도축혈액 내에 고온의 스팀을 직접 분사하여 상기 발효 도축혈액 내에 포함된 아미노산을 복수 기공을 가지는 부정형 덩어리 형태로 증숙시키는 증숙 단계； 증숙된 부정형의 아미노산 덩어리와 잔류 수분을 분리하는 탈수 단계； 탈수된 상기 부정형 아미노산 덩어리를 과립 또는 펠릿 형태의 입상 상태로 가압 성형하는 성형 단계； 및 성형된 입상아미노산을 열풍 및 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 건조하는 건조 단계；를 통해 폐기되어오던 도축혈액을 이용해 과립이나 펠릿 형태의 고농도 입상아미노산을 대량으로 제조하여 고품질의 사료 및 비료로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.
