PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first-aid adhesive plaster with an ointment disposed on an adhesive sheet separately from a pad without deteriorating or hardening before use, allowing the ointment to be easily attached and applied onto the pad when used.SOLUTION: A molded sheet 4 has the same planar shape as the adhesive sheet 1 with the pad 3 stuck to the upper surface at the center. A recess 5 is formed to swell upward at the center of the molded sheet 4, and the center of the recess 5 is further swollen upward to form an ointment storage chamber 6. The ointment storage chamber 6 is closely sealed by a band-shaped sealing film 8, the ointment storage chamber 6 in this sealed state is layered on the pad, and the lower surface of the outer periphery of the molded sheet 4 is separably stuck to the adhesive sheet 1. The ointment storage chamber 6 is opened by drawing out the band-shaped sealing film 8 from an outlet 7 formed at one end of the molded sheet 4 when used and the upper wall surface of the storage chamber 6 is pressed downward to be deformed, so that the ointment 10 inside the ointment storage chamber 6 is applied onto the pad 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用前には粘着シート上に軟膏薬をパッドと別にして変質や硬化を生じさせることなく設けておき、使用時に該軟膏薬をパッド上に簡単に付着、塗布して使用することができる救急用絆創膏を提供する。【解決手段】上面中央にパッド3を貼着している粘着シート1と平面形状が同一の成形シート4の中央部に、上方に向かって凹部5を膨出形成すると共にこの凹部5の中央部をさらに上方に向かって膨出して軟膏薬収容室6を成形し、この軟膏薬収容室6を帯状封止フィルム8によって密封した状態でパッド上に重ね合わせて成形シート4の外周部下面を粘着シート1に剥離可能に貼着し、使用時に成形シート4の一端部に形成している引出口7から帯状封止フィルム8を引き出すことによって軟膏薬収容室6を開封し、該収容室6の上壁面を下方に押圧変形させて内部の軟膏薬10をパッド1上に付着させる。【選択図】図1
