PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first-aid adhesive plaster having a molded sheet with a medical solution storage chamber separably stuck on an adhesive sheet, capable of smoothly opening the medical solution storage chamber when used and securely impregnating the medical solution in a pad on the adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: The molded sheet 4 has the same planar shape as the adhesive sheet 1 with the pad 3 stuck to the upper surface at the center. A recess 5 is formed to swell upward at the center of the molded sheet 4, and the center of the recess 5 is further swollen upward to form the medical solution storage chamber 6. The medical solution storage chamber 6 is closely sealed by a two-folded medical solution sealing band-shaped film 8, and the medical solution storage chamber in this sealed state is separably stuck to the adhesive sheet 1. The medical storage chamber 6 is opened by drawing out the medical solution sealing band-shaped film 8 from an outlet 7 formed at one end of the molded sheet 4 when used, so that the medical solution inside the medical solution storage chamber 6 is impregnated in the pad 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】薬液収容室を有する成形シートを粘着シート上に剥離可能に貼着してなる救急用絆創膏であって、使用時に薬液収容室を円滑に開封することができると共に薬液を粘着シート上のパッドに確実に含浸させるようにする。【解決手段】上面中央にパッド3を貼着している粘着シート1と平面形状が同一の成形シート4の中央部に、上方に向かって凹部5を膨出形成すると共にこの凹部5の中央部をさらに上方に向かって膨出して薬液収容室6を成形し、この薬液収容室6を二つ折り状態の薬液封止帯状フィルム8によって密封した状態で粘着シート1に剥離可能に貼着し、使用時に成形シート4の一端部に形成している引出口7から薬液封止帯状フィルム8を引き出すことよって薬液収容室6を開封し、該薬液収容室6内の薬液をパッド3に含浸させるように構成している。【選択図】図1
