PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade-stopping device of portable plucker, which disengages a tension clutch when any one clutch lever of two gripped clutch levers is released.SOLUTION: A movable member 151 that is interlocked with a clutch wire 150 connected to two clutch levers 11 and 13 and reciprocated in the draw direction and the playing out direction of the clutch wire 150 is laid between the two clutch levers 11 and 13 and the tension clutch 6.
