PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of reducing motion artifacts due to the fluctuation of speckles by the movement of tissue without the removal of blood flow signals.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises: an IQ signal acquisition means for acquiring a plurality of ultrasonic reception IQ signals IQ1 and IQ2 under different interference conditions a signal generation means for generating an addition signal IQ3 for which the plurality of ultrasonic reception IQ signals IQ1 and IQ2 are added and an amplitude addition signal A12 for which the amplitudes A1 and A2 of the plurality of ultrasonic reception IQ signals IQ1 and IQ2 are added first doppler signal extraction means (WF1a and WF1b) for extracting a first doppler signal with the movement from the addition signal IQ3 and second doppler signal extraction means (WF3) for extracting a second doppler signal having characteristics different from the ones of the first doppler signal from the amplitude addition signal A12.
