PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device provided with a wall filter capable of estimating an instantaneous phase change between data constituting clutter components, and capable of performing processing equivalent or approximate to processing for correcting a phase change of a Doppler signal, in response to an instantaneous phase change amount thereof by a simple circuit system with no feedback system.SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic device includes a transceiving means for transmitting ultrasonic signals into a subject, by a plurality of times, along respective scanning line directions, and for receiving ultrasonic echo signals reflected from the subject, a means of obtaining IQ signals from the reception signals of the transceiving means, a means 52 for obtaining amplitude signals from the IQ signals, and a means 51 for removing a low frequency component from the plurality of amplitude signals, by reducing a signal intensity about the low frequency of component, out of the plurality of amplitude signals reflected from the same position respectively in the respective scanning line directions, by passing the middle frequency of component, and by reducing a signal intensity about the high frequency component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】クラッタ成分を成すデータ間の瞬時的な位相変化を推定し、その瞬時的な位相変化量に応じてドプラ信号の位相変化を補正する処理と等価あるいは近似な処理をフィードバック系のない単純な回路方式で行うことが可能なウォールフィルタを備えた超音波診断装置を提供することである。【解決手段】超音波診断装置は、被検体内に超音波信号を各走査線方向に複数回ずつ送信するとともに当該被検体から反射されてくる超音波エコー信号を受信する送受信手段と、前記送受信手段の受信信号からIQ信号を得る手段と、前記IQ信号から振幅信号を得る手段52と、前記各走査線方向それぞれの同一位置から反射されてきた複数の振幅信号のうち、周波数が低い成分については信号強度を低減させ、周波数が中程度の成分については通過させ、周波数が高い成分については信号強度を低減させることで、前記複数の振幅信号から周波数の低い成分を除去する手段51と、を備える。【選択図】 図3
