PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer fixing thread that enables the operation of fixing a spacer to a bone easily and reliably, and to provide a spacer with the spacer fixing thread in which the operation of securing a gap between the bones can be conducted easily.SOLUTION: A spacer fixing thread is used for fixing a spacer to a bone while inserting the spacer between the bones, and has multiple threads and a bonding part formed by bonding between at least one end part of multiple threads using adhesives. The bonding part has flexural strength higher than that of a portion where the bonding part is not formed. Also, the spacer fixing thread is formed in an easily separable manner by bonding the coating parts each other after coating a release agent on the end parts of the multiple threads. Also a spacer inserted into the gap between the spacer bones and has through-holes is provided.
