PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a state, in which a wrist device cannot be used, that occurs during transmission of measurement information with a large amount of measured and held data to a server.SOLUTION: Following steps are performed in an exercise support system 100. Communication connection is established between a wrist device 200 and a portable device 300 at a time when nonuse of the wrist device is previously set by a user. After the establishment of communication connection, measurement information measured by the wrist device is transmitted to the portable device. The portable device transmits the measurement information received from the wrist device to a server 400 on a network NE.
