The functional filler material for landscaping made for load side trees and/or flowerpots is formed through the regimen of natural drying for 1 to 2 days in 20±；3 °；C after the fourth application. The functional filler material has a diameter of 10±；2 millimeter and the functional filler material discharges 600-1500 ions in proportion to the number of anion number per cubic centimeter.
