Provided is a chemical intermediate for preparing a disinfectant containing iodine: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate iodine complex. The polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate iodine complex comprises the following components in parts: 92 to 96 parts of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, 3 to 5 parts of iodine (I) and 1 to 3 parts of citric acid. A synthetic process comprises the following steps: adding polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate into a closed stainless steel reaction kettle with temperature controller, heating to the temperature of between 50±2°C adding citric acid, and heating to the temperature of between 95±2°C adding iodine after 3 hours of reaction in the reaction tank, performing uniform reaction by recycling reactants for 1 hour, then cooling to the temperature of between 30±2°C for discharging. The polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate iodine complex is a form of dark violet viscous liquid with the pH value of 5-6 and iodine content of 3-5%. The finished product must be stored in dark and in a non-metallic container. The combinations of said polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate iodine complex and other chemicals can make various professional disinfectant abluents, which are very effective in sterilization and disinfection of various micro-organisms, such as colibacillus, golden staphylococcus bacillus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus subtilis, hepatitis A virus and hepatitis B virus in effective concentration.La présente invention concerne un intermédiaire chimique pour préparer un désinfectant contenant de liode : un complexe monolaurate de polyoxyéthylène-sorbitan-iode.
