PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growth control light irradiation device, capable of efficiently controlling the growth of new and existing body hair while restricting effects on the skin surface.SOLUTION: The hair growth control light irradiation device 1 controls the growth of new and existing hair of a human beard 43, and irradiates hair growth control light 37 that is not a UV-ray toward a surrounding part 46 of the beard including the beard 43 and projected parts 44.
