PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water- and oil-repellent pigment which is excellent in water and oil repellency and can be blended in a cosmetic in a good dispersion state by using oily components used generally without using an expensive fluorine-based oil agent and to provide a cosmetic containing the same.SOLUTION: There is obtained a pigment for a water-and oil-repellent cosmetic by surface coating treatment of a pigment powder for a cosmetic with a perfluoroalkyl alkoxysilane and a linear reactive alkylpolysiloxane having an aminohydrogen group, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group on one molecular chain terminal, where the water-and oil-repellent pigment is blended using a general dispersing and blending agent to obtain a satisfactory cosmetic.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】撥水撥油性に優れるとともにフッ素系の高価な油剤を用いることなく一般的に使用されている油性成分等を用いて化粧料中に良好な分散状態で配合することのできる撥水撥油性顔料およびそれを含有する化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】化粧料用顔料粉体に、パーフルオロアルキルアルコキシシランと、一方の分子鎖末端にアミノ水素基、ハロゲン原子、水酸基またはアルコキシ基を有する直鎖状の反応性アルキルポリシロキサンとを表面被覆処理して目的とする撥水撥油性化粧料用顔料を得る。この撥水撥油性顔料は、一般的な分散配合剤を用いて配合されて満足される化粧料となる。【選択図】なし
