PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient syringe capable of administering a suspension, while maintaining a dispersion state of fine particles by movement of an agitation member without using a special motor device.SOLUTION: A syringe includes an external cylinder 3 having an outflow port of a liquid L, a plunger 5 slidable fluid-tightly in the external cylinder 3, and an agitation member 10 moving corresponding to a pressing direction of the plunger 5 in the liquid L filled in the external cylinder 3.
