PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixing machine, such as a vinegar adjustment machine or the like, whose agitation performance can be improved.SOLUTION: A food material mixing machine comprises: a mixing drum that is rotatably supported on the machine frame and that contains a food material and a control unit for controlling the rotation of the mixing drum and in which, in the mixing drum, there is provided a mixing member for mixing food material and by rotating the drum a plurality food materials are mixed within the drum, and in which the control unit comprises a plurality of agitation modes whose at least rotation speeds of the mixing drum are different and comprises an agitation control unit for executing each agitation mode in order, and in which the agitation control unit controls the rotation speed of the agitation mode that is to be executed later, to be slower than the rotation speed of the rotation mode that is to be executed earlier. The rotation speed of an agitation mode is adjusted in accordance with the stickiness of the food material during agitation.
