PURPOSE: An articuli manus supporter is provided to control the supporter by the shape of fingers of users, and to maintain the extension movement of the fingers. CONSTITUTION: An articuli manus supporter comprises the following: a supporting member(110) including a splint piece for surrounding and protecting the wrist of a user, and a supporting piece mounted on the back of a hand； a supporting band(300) fastened to joints of fingers and the supporting member； a first supporting frame(200a) formed on both sides of the splint piece； a height adjusting block(200c) including first and second adjusting pins； and a second supporting frame(200b) fixed by the second adjusting pin.본 발명은 수관절의 골절 또는 인대파열 등의 환부를 장시간 고정하여 치료할 수 있도록 한 의료용 수관절 보조기에 관한 것으로써, 특히 수관절을 신전위로 유지/보조하는 동시에 수지의 지절간 관절의 신전 보조운동을 위해 수지의 체형에 맞도록 조절이 가능토록 형성됨과 아울러 수관절부분의 굴절상태에 따라 각도를 조정하여 수지의 신전운동을 유지시킬 수 있도록 한 수관절 보조기에 관한 것이다.
