PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiling apparatus having a simple structure, capable of uniformly boiling a liquid concentrate.SOLUTION: A boiling apparatus includes: a boiling container 10 for accommodation of a liquid concentrate G to be boiled heating means 20 for boiling the liquid concentrate accommodated in the boiling container: agitation means 30 for homogenizing the temperature of the liquid concentrate boiled with the heating means: and flow control means 40 for controlling the flow of the liquid concentrate such that the vertically circulating thermal convection of the liquid concentrate boiled with the heating means and agitated with the agitation means can be facilitated.
