PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifatigue agent having an excellent antifatigue effect.
SOLUTION: The antifatigue agent comprises a fish extract, sugar, and an organic acid. A pharmaceutical composition and a food and drink composition comprise the antifatigue agent. A method of masking the smell derived from the fish extract comprises incorporating sugar and an organic acid into these compositions.
