The method involves arranging a non-liquid binder (10) at right of an outline of a wall to be formed. A trench is excavated corresponding to the wall to be formed while mixing the soil material with the binder in whole volume of the trench, in order to form a diaphragm wall. Liquid is injected while mixing the binder and the soil material. The excavating and the mixing are performed using a machine that moves along the outline.
