PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling easily an avoidance operation, even if catching occurs between a catheter and a stent.SOLUTION: An opening part 315 near to the rear end side of a catheter, of a hollow body 311 penetrated by a guide wire provided on the tip of a catheter sheath, is constituted of an inextensible material. As a result, even if a stent is caught by the opening part of the hollow body when the catheter is retreated, an opening part of the stent is prevented from being deformed so as to be expanded, and catching can be released easily by an avoidance work, to thereby prevent occurrence of a vicious cycle caused by repetition of an avoidance operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】カテーテルとステントとが引っかかったとしても、その回避操作が容易な装置を提供する。【解決手段】カテーテルシースの先端に設けられたガイドワイヤを貫通するための中空体311の、カテーテルの後端側に近い開口部315を非伸縮部材で構成する。この結果、カテーテルを後退させたとき、ステントが中空体の開口部に引っかかったとしても、ステントの開口部が拡張するように変形することを防止し、回避作業で容易に引っかかりを解除でき、回避操作の繰り返しによる悪循環に陥ることを防止する。【選択図】図3
