PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle radiotherapy facility in which a particle accelerator and an irradiation device can be installed at a prescribed site efficiently.SOLUTION: A particle radiotherapy facility 1A comprises: a cyclotron 2 for generating a proton beam a rotary gantry 3 having an irradiation part 32 for emitting the proton beam a guide line 4 for guiding the proton beam generated by the cyclotron 2 to the rotary gantry 3 a main building part 61 and an auxiliary building part 62 adjacent to the main building part 61. The main building part 61 includes: a cyclotron room R1 where the cyclotron 2 is installed and a gantry room R2 where the rotary gantry 3 is installed.
