PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerated particle irradiation facility capable of efficiently installing a particle accelerator and an irradiation device in a predetermined site.SOLUTION: A particle beam treatment facility 1A for performing treatment by irradiating a tumor within a patients body with proton beams includes: a building 6A including a plurality of chambers a cyclotron 2 for generating proton beams a rotary gantry 3 capable of irradiating a patient with proton beams from an optional direction and a guidance line 4 for guiding proton beams generated by the cyclotron 2 to the rotary gantry 3.
