PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accelerated particle irradiation equipment for which a particle accelerator and an irradiation device can be efficiently installed at a predetermined site.SOLUTION: A cyclotron 2 is installed on the bottom of a building 6A having a multi-story structure, and a rotating gantry 3 is installed on an upper floor of the cyclotron 2. Consequently, the cyclotron 2 and the rotating gantry 3 are installed on different floors of the building 6A, respectively. Accordingly, it may be possible to reduce as far as possible the installation area occupied by the equipment. As a result, it is easy to efficiently install the cyclotron 2 and the rotating gantry 3 at a predetermined site.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】所定の敷地に粒子加速器と照射装置とを効率良く設置することが可能である加速粒子照射設備を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】複数階の階層構造からなる建屋6Aの最下層にサイクロトロン2を設置し、サイクロトロン2よりも上層の階に回転ガントリ3を設置するようにする。その結果、サイクロトロン2と回転ガントリ3とを、建屋6Aの異なる階層にそれぞれ設置することになり、敷地占有面積を極力減らすことが可能になり、従って、所定の敷地にサイクロトロン2と回転ガントリ3とを効率良く設置し易くなる。【選択図】図1
