The present invention patent application relates to a flexible and elastic rotary transmission shaft for use in sowers with grain, seeds and fertilizer broadcasters, and in industrial equipment. The invention was developed in order to provide a mechanical transmission system comprising a shaft that transfers rotational mechanical force and at the same time is sufficiently flexible to be twisted, thus replacing various modules with fixed shafts and gear assemblies, which would be required for equipment to carry out the same work in the same conditions of swinging movement between the force generator and the equipment moved by the rotational force.
