PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sand and dust carried on the wind, from being accumulated in a slot to cause sprouting of seeds of weeds which come flying. SOLUTION: The method and machine for weeding and repairing are constituted by removing the weeds which have grown from the slot and crack of a curb, a side-ditch, or the like of a road or a sidewalk, filling the slot and crack with dry sand containing a solidifying agent, and sprinkling water to stop up and solidify the slot and crack so as not to spread root even if the seeds of weeds come flying and sprout.
