PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel having a double-sided bearing enabling a processing cost to be inexpensive and finished in good appearance.SOLUTION: The fishing reel having the double-sided bearing includes a frame 2 formed of both lateral side frames 2a, 2b and a pole 21 integrally formed between the side frames, a reel body 1 constituted by equipping outside boards 5a, 5b attached to sides of the frame 2 and a spool 7 freely and rotatively supported between the outside boards of the reel body 1 and rotatively driven by operating a handle 8 installed to one of the outside boards.
