PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing cooked rice by which soft and cooked rice in an appropriate state can be provided.SOLUTION: A method for providing cooked rice includes: a process of pouring rice and water into a film bag and heating in a vacuum state and a process of cooling and storing cooked rice in the film bag in the vacuum state.
