PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an interdental cleaner capable of easily manufacturing the interdental cleaner having a shaft material with a slim tip.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an interdental cleaner includes a covering step of disposing a base body in a metal mold and injecting a second synthetic resin from a first gate provided in the metal mold into the metal mold to form a covering part. In the covering step, the base body is disposed in the metal mold in such a manner that a first penetration part of the base body comes into contact with an inner wall of the metal mold, the first penetration part and the first gate are located on a virtual plane perpendicular to an axis line of a first core part of the base body, and the first penetration part and the first gate are disposed so as to deflect about the axis line of the first core part.
