PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus which can calculate clinical angle coordinates always indicating the accurate position and angle.SOLUTION: An X-ray image diagnostic apparatus comprises: an X-ray irradiation part which irradiates an X-ray; a detection part which detects the X-ray; a movable top plate on which a subject is placed; a top plate position information acquisition part which acquires position information of the top plate; an interest position calculation part which calculates an interest position at the time when the subject is irradiated with the X-ray; a center coordinate replacement part which replaces the calculated interest position with the center position of the center coordinate system of the subject; an information correction part which corrects the position information or angle information of the X-ray irradiation part and the detection part by using the deviation of the position information of the top plate as a relative movement amount from the replaced center position; and a drive control part which drives the X-ray irradiation part and the detection part on the basis of the corrected position information or angle information of the X-ray irradiation part and the detection part.【課題】常に正確な位置と角度を示す臨床角座標を算出することができるX線画像診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態に係るX線画像診断装置は、X線を照射するX線照射部と、前記X線を検出する検出部と、被検体を載置する移動可能な天板と、前記天板の位置情報を取得する天板位置情報取得部と、前記被検体に前記X線を照射する際の関心位置を算出する関心位置算出部と、算出した前記関心位置を前記被検体の中心座標系の中心位置に置き換える中心座標置換部と、前記天板の位置情報の変位を、置き換えた前記中心位置からの相対的な移動量として、前記X線照射部及び前記検出部の位置情報または角度情報を補正する情報補正部と、補正した前記X線照射部及び前記検出部の位置情報または角度情報に基づいて、そのX線照射部及び前記検出部を駆動する駆動制御部と、を備える。【選択図】 図3
