PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus for easily performing positioning.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes: an X-ray irradiation part 20 for irradiating a subject P with an X-ray with an irradiation axis 201 as a center an X-ray detecting part 24 for detecting the X-ray transmitted through the subject P a projector 30 for irradiating the subject P with visible light for positioning the X-ray irradiation part 20 and the X-ray detecting part 24 with respect to the subject P and an angle detector 45 for detecting the irradiation angle of the X-ray irradiation part 20 with respect to the X-ray detecting part 24.
