These compounds have Inhibitory activity of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) isozymes, especially with PDE4B and are useful in the treatment of diseases or disorders of the central nervous systemLa presente invencion se refiere a compuestos derivados de azabencimidazol de formula (I) o una sal de los mismos aceptables desde el punto de vista farmaceutico, donde R1 es cicloalquilo C3-C10, heterociclo alquilo (de 4 a 10 miembros), entre otros R3 es halogeno, alquilo C1-C6, entre otros R6 y R7 son hidrogeno, alquilo C1-C6, entre otros a es 0, 1, 2 o 3.
