PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of stopping a seedling planting device in a state in which a seedling taking jaw does not face downward at a time of lowering operation of a seedling planting part.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes a seedling planting device 52 arranged in a seedling planting part 4 and including a seedling taking member 52a taking a seedling from a seedling placing table 51 and planting the seedling in a field. The seedling transplanter controls a seedling planting transmission system B so that the seedling planting part 4 is caused to stop lowering at an upper position than a lowered stop position (maximally lowered position) of the seedling planting part 4 when a posture of the seedling planting device 52 detected by a posture detection sensor 61 detecting a posture of the planting device 52 is a posture having a seedling planting rod 52a face downward. When the seedling planting part 4 is lowered with the seedling taking member 52a facing downward, the seedling planting part 4 stops at an upper position than the lowered stop position, thereby the seedling taking member 52a can be prevented from contacting a ground surface and damage to the seedling taking member 52a and seedling planting device 52 can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】苗植付部の下降操作時には、苗取爪が下方を向かない状態で苗植付装置が停止させることができる苗移植機を提供することである。【解決手段】 苗植付部4に苗載置台51から苗を取って圃場に植え付ける苗取部材52aを有する苗植付装置52を備え、植付装置52の姿勢を検知する姿勢検知センサ61が検知する苗植付装置52の姿勢が、苗植付杆52aが下方を向いた姿勢であるとき、苗植付部4の下降停止位置(最下降位置)よりも上方位置で苗植付部4の下降を停止させる苗植付伝動系Bの制御を行う苗移植機であり、苗取部材52aが下方を向いているときに苗植付部4を下降させると、苗植付部4が下降停止位置よりも上方で停止することにより、苗取部材52aが地面に接触することを防止できるので、苗取部材(52a)や苗植付装置(52)が破損することが防止される。【選択図】図1
