PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese-medicine composition having lipid-lowering and liver-protecting effects, and preparing method and application thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a compositus formulation constructed from Chinese medicine composition and medicinal additives. When calculating based on the number of pt.wt.s, according to a prescription of the Chinese medicine composition having lipid-lowering and liver-protecting effects, 60-120 parts of Gynura divaricata (L.) DC. subsp. formosana (Kitam.) F.G.Davies, 50-110 parts of pueraria roots, and 20-60 parts of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. are contained. A drug efficacy of the formulation is enhanced more remarkably, and it becomes more easily to take by constructing an effective prescription drug which can reduce lipid and protect liver based on a traditional Chinese pharmacology theory and by making a contemporary formulation, such as a capsule, through contemporary pharmaceutical means. The formulation has a role of reducing lipid and protecting liver. Thus it can be used for prevention or treatment of disorders, such as hyperlipidemia, obesity, hepatitis viral, drug induced hepatic injury, and hepatopathy alcoholic.【課題】降脂保肝の漢方薬組成物及びその調製方法並びに応用の提供。【解決手段】漢方組成と薬用添加剤とによって構成された複方製剤であって、重量部数に基づいて計算すると、前記漢方組成の処方は、タカサゴサンシチソウ６０～１２０部、カッコン５０～１１０部、白芍２０～６０部を含む降脂保肝の漢方薬組成物。【効果】伝統漢方医薬理論に基づき降脂保肝のできる有効処方薬を構成し、且つ現代の薬剤学手段を通じてカプセル等の現代剤型を作ることによって、前記製剤の薬効をより顕著化させ、服用をより簡易化させる。前記製剤は降脂、保肝の役割を有し、高脂血症、肥満、ウイルス性肝炎、薬物性肝障害、アルコール性肝障害等の予防及び治療に用いられることができる。【選択図】なし
