PURPOSE: A pyrazole derivative compound and a composition containing the same are provided to suppress reactive oxygen generation and to prevent or treat osteoporosis without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A pyrazole derivative compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. Pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound of chemical formula 1 is hydrochloride. A method for preparing the compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of dropping a compound of chemical formula 2 and a compound of chemical formula 3 to polar organic solvent at -4 to 10 Deg. C.； and a step of heating the poly organic solvent at 90-130 Deg. C. The polar organic solvent is C1-C4 alcohol, acetic acid, or a mixture thereof. A composition for preventing or treating osteroporosis contains the compound of chemical formula 1.본 발명은 피라졸 유도체 화합물 및 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제공하며, 본 발명의 화합물은 우수한 골다공증 예방 및 치료효과가 있다.
