PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new biomedical material which prevents postoperative adhesion of tissues and accelerates wound healing, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A method for forming a two-layer composite material 100 includes: applying a barrier film layer 103 on the surface of a porous scaffold layer 101 so as to form a two-layer intermediate product; and drying the intermediate product to form the two-layer composite material 100 composed of the porous scaffold layer 101 and the barrier film layer 103 which are inseparable from each other. The method for forming the two-layer composite material 100 includes using at least one biodegradable polymer selected from a group consisting of collagen, gelatin, chitosan and hyaluronic acid as material for forming the porous scaffold layer 101 and the barrier film layer 103.【課題】術後における組織の癒着を防止し、かつ、創傷治癒を促進する新規生物医学材料及び前記材料の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】バリア膜層形成材料103を多孔質足場材料層101の表面にコーティングし、二層中間産物を形成する工程、及び前記二層中間産物を乾燥させ、互いに分離できない多孔質足場材料層101とバリア膜層103とを含む二層複合材料100を形成する工程を含む二層複合材料100を形成する方法。多孔質足場材料101及びバリア膜層103形成材料として、コラーゲン、ゼラチン、キトサン及びヒアルロン酸から1以上の生分解ポリマーを用いる二層複合材料100を形成する方法。【選択図】図1
