SOLUTION: In a method of sterilizing a beverage filling device provided with a beverage supply system pipe for sending a beverage into a filling machine via a heat sterilization unit, a plurality of beverage supply system pipes are provided by sending a heated liquid or heated steam to the beverage supply system pipe. While detecting the temperature of the location at predetermined time intervals, the lowest temperature is selected from the detected temperature, the F value is calculated for the selected lowest temperature, the calculated F value is integrated, and the integrated F is integrated. When the value reaches the target value, the sterilization process is terminated.
