SOLUTION: This disposable pull-up diaper includes a belt-like waist expansion portion 80 continuing across the width-directional both ends of a body section, on the external face of a waist section T of a front body section F. The width-directional both ends 81 of the waist expansion portion 80 are integrally joined with side seal portions 12A of the front body section, a body 82 located between the width-directional both end parts is non-fixably or peelably fixed to the front body section, and the body 82 is configured to elastically expand/contract in the width direction.
