PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which shows enhanced fitness to a crotch part and a groin by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A narrow part 13N which has a width narrower than both front and back sides is formed in a crotch part of an absorber 13, and both side parts corresponding to the narrow part of the absorber are non-absorber side parts 17 which do not have the absorber. An interior body 10 is fixed to an exterior body 20 in a width from one non-absorber side part to the other non-absorber side part and an inner and outer fixing region extending between both front and back sides of the non-absorber side parts. Three-dimensional gatherings rising from both side edges of the interior body to a skin side are provided on both front and back sides of the non-absorber side parts. The exterior body of a front body F has an elastic film expanding and contracting structure 20X, in which an elastic film is laminated, from the inside of a range in a front-back direction corresponding to a narrowest part 13m of a narrowest width in the narrow part to the inside of a waist part. A region of the elastic film expanding and contracting structure has an expanding and contracting region 80 that can contract in a width direction and expand in the width direction by the contraction of the elastic film.
