PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively raise fitting property to a human body in the waist side end part of an interior body with a simple means.
SOLUTION: Under-pants type disposable diaper is constituted as follows. The shapes of adhesion parts 201 with respect to exterior sheets 12F, 12B in the front end and rear end of the interior body 200 are swelled while narrowing the width toward a waist part from a crotch part. Elongate and elastic extensible members 15-19 in an extension state in a waistline direction are fixed at vertical interval to the waist parts and both width-direction parts of the interior body adhesion parts 201 in the exterior sheets 12F, 12B over the whole width directions of the respective parts. The amount of shrinkage with the waist side elastic extensible members 17, 18, 15, 19 in the waist parts of the interior body adhesion parts 201 are larger than the amount of shrinkage with the side part elastic extensible members 15, 16, 19 in the both width-direction parts of the interior body adhesion parts 201. Besides, the amount of shrinkage is enlarged toward the waist part from the crotch part in the side part elastic extensible members 15, 16, 19.
