Such compounds are ligandsthat may be used to modulate specific receptor activity in vivo or invitro,and are particularly useful in the treatment of conditions associatedwith pathological receptor activation in humans, domesticated companionanimals and livestock animals. Pharmaceutical compositions and methods forusing such compounds to treat such disorders are provided, as are methods forusing such ligands for receptor localization studies.
