A health service system includes: a data server, an interface service server, a data processing unit, an expert system, and a value-added service server. The data server is used for stored a plurality of case histories. The interface service server has a data communication interface with a plurality of introduction interfaces for receiving at least one patient’s measuring information through one of the introduction interface. The data processing unit transforms the measuring information into a datum, and records the data in the corresponding case history. The expert system monitors the case histories for separately generating an execution processing code, and then updates the corresponding case history with the execution processing code. The value-added service server serves at least one health service according to the execution processing code of the case history.
