The present invention discloses an emotion evaluation service system and a method thereof. The emotion evaluation service system comprises a client device and a cloud server device. The client device is arranged for providing a user to input mood information to generate a transmission signal. The cloud server device is connected to the client device and comprises an analysis module, a processing module and a transmission module. The analysis module is arranged for receiving the transmission signal to analyze the content comprised in the mood information to generate an analysis signal. The processing module is arranged for receiving the analysis signal to calculate emotion evaluation information corresponding to the mood information and generate a processing signal.
