PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter capable of moving a seedling held by a take-out device to a planting tool without damaging the seedling and reliably moving a tray in an amount for one row.SOLUTION: A transplanter includes: a conveyance device 100 conveying a tray 20 where a seedling 22 is planted； a take-out device 200 taking out the seedling 22 from the tray 20 moved to a predetermined position by the conveyance device 100； and a planting tool 11 planting the seedling 22 taken out by the take-out device 200 to a field. The take-out device 200 comprises: take-out members 261L, 261R taking out from the tray 20 and holding the seedling； and a press-out member 281 pressing out the seedling held by the take-out members 261L, 261R to the planting tool 11.
