PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, system and program for evaluating learning disability which can easily obtain clear evaluation, in a short time, while minimizing the stress of tested animals to be suitable for screenings of central nervous system disorder or disease, its curative medicine, side effects of the curing medicine, and to provide its test model animals. SOLUTION: These method, system and program for evaluating learning disability are characterized by repeatedly giving unit stimuli containing at least r (r≥2) of n (n≥2) types stimuli to a test model animal, allowing the test model animal to be given a reward, when it has identified the sequence x of one stimulus from among the permutations and combinations set X of the n types of stimuli in the unit stimuli represented by n!/(n-r)!, and then evaluating as to whether the model animal identified the sequence x of the stimulus.
