The hemostasis device includes a base body, a pressure-applying assembly, a first strap and a second strap. The base body has a screw part. The pressure-applying assembly includes an operation unit and a pressure-applying unit. The operation unit is screwed into the screw part. The pressure-applying unit is rotatably disposed at one end of the operation unit. When the operation unit is rotated properly, the pressure-applying unit exerts pressure on the femoral artery. Two ends of the first strap are respectively connected to the base body and could be tightened to wrap firmly around the lower limb. Two ends of the second strap are respectively connected to the base body and could be tightened to wrap firmly around the auxiliary body part.
