This invention provides a mattress capable of being turned over and folded, which is a rectangle mattress having a longitudinal length and a lateral width for providing a person to lie on, wherein the longitudinal length is defined by the lying direction of the person as a head end and a foot end and the lateral width as a left end and a right end. The mattress includes a supportive board layer and at least one soft elastic layer, on which a plurality of folding lines that can be repeatable folded and restored are disposed in order to divide the mattress into many blocks, wherein the folding lines have: a first and second longitudinal folding lines that are two longitudinal folding lines respectively spaced from the left end to the right end with a proper proportion of interval and extended from the head end to foot end a first, second and a third lateral folding lines that are three lateral folding lines respectively spaced from the head end to foot end with a proper proportion of interval and extended from the left end to the right end and a first and second slanted folding lines that two slanted folding lines extended respectively from the left and right end of the second lateral folding line to the foot end of the first and second longitudinal folding lines, respectively, and going close to the central line of the mattress.
