The present invention relates to a steam eye bandage and, more specifically, to a steam eye bandage inducing steam or vapor below the certain temperature to eyes to relieve and alleviate fatigue of eyes due to drying of eyes. The steam eye bandage comprises: a steam generating part generating steam using chemical energy a temperature adjusting part put on a path in which vapors moves and controlling the temperature of the steam and an external pack accommodating the steam generation part and the temperature adjusting part.
