PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray aerosol composition and a spray aerosol product comprising the spray aerosol composition: which has an excellent adhesiveness in jetting material which realizes little dispersion upon spray which is hardly absorbed which is hardly attached on an area other than application area which may be uniformly spread on the application area and which may provide cool feeling over comparatively long period at the application area.SOLUTION: There is provided a spray aerosol composition consisting of stock liquid and liquid gas. The stock liquid comprises alcohol, oil component and thickener. The oil component is consisting of oil solvent and oil soluble active ingredient, which is contained in the stock liquid at 5 to 40 mass%.
